چکیده
Abstract Numerous harmful characteristics of wastewater containing pyridine chemical have a significant negative impact on human health. Therefore, it is preferred to remove from effluent. The derivatives are 2- and 4-picoline. In this work, an adsorption technique was used 4-picoline the Wastewater treated using natural adsorbent baggage fly ash (BFA). rate 82% reported at pH 6.22, BFA dosage 4 g/L, contact time 6 h. current investigation found that 85.83% could be removed its maximum with temperature 333 K. Investigations were also carried out into how starting concentration affected elimination According kinetic analysis, process uses pseudo-second-order kinetics. thermodynamics study demonstrated all temperatures predicted Freundlich Langmuir equilibrium isotherm models. It further endothermic process.

متن کاملRemoval of phenol from aqueous solution by adsorption onto seashells: equilibrium, kinetic and thermodynamic studies
The efficacy of seashells as a new adsorbent for removal of phenol from aqueous solutions was studied by performing batch equilibrium tests under different operating parameters such as solution pH, adsorbent dose, initial phenol concentration, and temperature. The phenol removal efficiency remained unaffected when the initial pH of the phenol solution was in the range of 3–8. The amount of phen...
